• Program Duration: Spans three months, providing hands-on experience and insight.

• Post-Program Invitation: Upon successful completion, participants receive an invitation to join the Team.

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate a positive brand image.

  • Actively participate in Core Team channels and meetings.

  • Develop a comprehensive 3-month project proposal.

  • Select a specific role within an operational vertical.

  • Identify areas of improvement and provide constructive solutions.

• Becoming a Pioneer:

  • Fulfill Contributor criteria.

  • Interview with Team.

  • Review and agree to Cooperation Agreement and Privacy Policy.

  • Complete Pioneer Onboarding Form and Cooperation Agreement Form.

  • Pass Pioneer Entrance Assessment.
